Dr. Ashima Verma is an accomplished academician and professional with over 11 years of experience spanning the Human Resource domain across both teaching and corporate sectors. Her deep expertise in HR is complemented by a robust academic record and practical industry engagement.
She has actively contributed to the academic community by publishing and presenting research papers in various national and international journals and seminars of repute. Notably, she has contributed to the book “Business Ethics”, published by Galgotia Publications, New Delhi, further underlining her academic credentials.
A committed lifelong learner, Dr. Verma has successfully completed the prestigious Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Applied Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), enhancing her proficiency in applying data-driven insights to HR strategy and decision-making.
She is also a member of the International Association of Educators and Corporate Trainers (IAECT) and holds multiple certifications in Business Communications, showcasing her versatile skill set and dedication to continuous professional development.
