Rules for the Library
Eligibility
The ACCMAN library is primarily meant for the faculty, full-time students of all courses, administrative staff, visiting faculty and research scholars. Non-ACCMANians may consult the library for reading purposes only with permission from the Director.
Membership Procedure
Collect the Library membership form from the circulation counter and submit it to the Librarian along with one passport-size photograph and a photocopy of your Identity card, fee receipt, or any other authorised document.

General Rules
Books issued only upon production of Library/I-card at the Circulation counter.
Renewal requires physical presence at the counter; renewal is not automatic and depends on demand.
Reference books and periodicals are strictly for in-library reading only.
Issue of books may be refused to users with pending overdue items.
Personal belongings (bags, helmets) must be left at the property counter at owner's risk.
Mobiles must be silent. Violation attracts a fine of ₹100/-.
All reading materials must be returned to their respective places after use.
Identity cards must be produced on demand to access library services.
Defacing or damaging library material is a serious offence subject to heavy fines.
Lost books must be replaced with the latest edition or paid at double the cost.
Entry in the Library Visitor Register is mandatory for all users.

Issue and return services are available from 10:30 AM to 05:30 PM on all working days.
