Dr. Jagpal Singh brings over three decades of rich and diverse professional experience, spanning across defense services, academics, and educational administration. He served with distinction in the Indian Air Force for 17 years as a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, where he gained deep technical expertise and leadership experience.
Following his transitioned in to academia, He, since than devoted his professional career in advancing higher education and research field.
He has actively participated in more than 30 conferences, seminars, and workshops pan India, several held at premier institutions like IIT campuses to further strengthening his academic foundation.
An accomplished scholar, Dr. Singh has published more than half a dozen research papers across conferences, seminars, and reputed journals. His primary research interests lie in Digital Inclusion, and Active Learning fields in which he continues to contribute meaningfully.
Dr. Singh has served as the MOOCs Training Coordinator for the Delhi-NCR region for select courses offered by IIT Bombay, playing a vital role in promoting digital learning initiatives and capacity building in education.
